We purchase our essential oils from a wide variety of suppliers in the U.S., depending on the type. We use 20+ single oils to craft our soaps and other products.

Yes! We have a premade wholesale package that includes 36 bars of soap and a beautiful wood display. Subsequent orders require a minimum of 12 bars. Visit our Wholesale page or contact us for details.

Custom soap orders need to be placed at least six weeks in advance of the date required, plus additional time for shipping. Timeframes for other custom products vary — contact us to discuss your needs.

Natural cold process soap needs to stay high and dry between uses. We do not recommend keeping it in a shower enclosure or a solid soap dish that holds water. A soap dish that drains will keep your bar lasting much longer.

Under U.S. regulations, the Fair Packaging and Labeling Act (FLPA) permits the use of the word "fragrance" to describe a blend of pure essential oils. When you see it on our labels, it refers to our carefully chosen essential oil blends — never synthetic fragrance.

We used to make everything in advance, and we still do for some items (soap, lip balm, and bee balm). The rest we make to order so they arrive as fresh as possible. Good things are worth a little wait!

We charge a straightforward Flat Shipping Rate of $7.50 on standard domestic orders. To help our customers save money, any order over $65 automatically unlocks Free Shipping.

Yes — some of our products are sensitive to heat and may melt during transit in warm weather. During the summer months, we recommend waiting until cooler temperatures arrive before placing an order for these items.
